I needed to fill my time with something that was enjoyable since things I used to do came to a screeching halt. Well, why not take up gardening by starting seeds indoors with a grow light. Watching plants grow and nurturing them was healing for me during these dark times. I was amazed that a small seed could turn into beautiful juicy tomatoes in six months. As it turned out, the crop was so abundant that I was able to make tomato juice that tasted like mother nature in a glass. Immersing myself in the growing process was fulfilling for me.
