We hoarded and we hated
There was fear and doubt and greed
Conspiracy and chaos
None of which we need
We wouldn’t stay home
We wouldn’t wear masks
We wouldn’t protect our elderly
Was it too damn much to ask?
We had doctors and scientists
Figuring out what to do
But instead we got our info
From “Karen” and “Q”
The uneducated “majority”
All thought that they knew best
God challenged us to rise
And we completely failed the test
We may be getting “back to normal”
But reality still looms
We may just beat this virus. . .
But society is DOOMED!
